Stay at Home Sanity Balls

Do you need to feel a little bit of creativity without too much work?  Since you've been at home more have you felt like you need a little bit of sanity, bored as can be.  These wonderful, indulgent little delights will make you happy to be sitting at home with a little drink and dessert combined.  These little Stay at Home Sanity Balls will make you feel great.  You may not even want to share them.

You will need the following:

2 Cups Crushed Traditional Biscochitos

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Nuts (Chopped Fine, any nuts will do)

2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup

1/3 Cup Liquor (Rum, Bourbon, or Brandy)

3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Mix all of your dried ingredients and then add all of your wet ingredients.  It is this simple.  Once all of your ingredients have been mixed, you will create 1.5" to 2" balls.  This recipe yields anywhere from 25-30 balls.  Once you have rolled all of them you can then roll them into any excess crushed biscochitos or crushed nuts.  We love to use our biscochitos.  There is no need for baking or refrigeration.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THESE ARE AN OVER 21 TREAT ONLY.
