David and Celina Aldaz-Grife began this small business purely by accident.
Celina was a local real estate agent with fifteen years of experience. Having her
Grandma Maggie's recipe, her first year in real estate , Celina began to give each
one of her clients a small gift of biscochitos as a thank you at Christmas time. She began to
make them more and more each year for family and friends and one thing lead to another.
David, Celinas' husband, began to help her make them. With help from Celina's mom, Mona Morris,
both started out small and now they have seen a wonderful growth of their company.
They officially named their business and received their business license in 2010. While working out of
the South Valley Economic Development Center's, Mixing Bowl Commercial Kitchen, they began
to see a fantastic growth in their business that in 2014 they graduated to their own location. We now reside at
404 Osuna Rd. NW, Suite A, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM 87107.
Our major inspiration for our product has been my Grandma Maggie. We were so blessed
with her recipe. She was known for all of the fabulous food that she would make.
When she would cook or bake it was always with her whole heart and soul.
