The three dozen biscochitos package comes with three individually wrapped one dozen packages of your choice. Each package is also labeled with the designated flavor. The biscochitos are bubble wrapped to insure that they will safely arrive to your destination.
I picked up some a package of cookies at an arts festival in Albuquerque and they were so awesome (red chili cookies) I had to buy more. Thank you so much for extra packing because my box arrived smashed and ripped (USPS did not care about "special handling/fragile stickers" on box). Not one cookie out of 3 dozen was damaged in any way!
I tasted these while at the International Folk Art Festival in Santa Fe this summer and fell in love with them. The red chile are just divine - perfect in the evening with a glass of red wine. Can't wait to try the green chile variety as well.
Delivery was quick, my order was waiting for me to be opened when I got there. Everything was packaged nicely. The sweet taste on NM filled the room. Traditional, green chile pecan, and red chile biscochitos were a hit. So happy I can travel anywhere in the US and still get my biscochitos.

The bisconchiti were tasty but the the lemon lavender tasted like the regular bisconchiti could not taste lemon or lavender. Love them anyway.

I should probably be writing this anonymously so that my wife's family can't find out I'm saying so, but Celina makes the absolute best biscochitos that I've ever eaten. I enjoy them all but I think the traditional are my favorite. My family moved to Portland a while back and during a recent bout of homesickness, we had 3 dozen shipped up here. Every one was like a little taste of home.
These are really very good biscochitos. My grandmother's recipe calls for sherry wine and these are very close in taste.
