We make every one of our biscochitos with love the way my Grandma did. Biscochitos are a New Mexican tradition. As of 1989, New Mexico is the only state in the entire USA to have an official state cookie and we believe that this says a lot about what tradition means to New Mexicans. At Celina’s Biscochitos you will find that we take pride in making our biscochitos as authentic as possible by using a recipe that has been handed down throughout our family. We enjoy watching our customers take a bite and revel in a great memory from their past or hear the wonderful comments of a close relative who used to make them just as we do. Whether you are a native New Mexican or just looking for another new and exciting flavor, you won’t have to look far to know that with Celina’s Biscochitos you have found a melt in your mouth delight.
We have a lot to offer you. Our biscochitos come widely recommended and we always make each one by hand. We’re really looking forward to serving you.
My Grandma Maggie is the reason that we have been so blessed to have such a wonderful recipe. She was known for all of the fabulous food that she would make. When she would cook or bake it was always with her whole
heart and soul.
